hey /fit/ so i been stressing out about this for the last 2-3 weeks because i think im going bald or thinning, tho i think im just thinning because my hair dosn't really fall out, i don't see any hair on my pillow or in the shower but my hair has gotten noticeably thinner.
is there any proven safe ways to reverse this and get my hair follicles to grow thicker hair?
I just watched a video that said masturbation causes hair lose cuz every ejaculation converts testosterone into DHT which causes hair loss. True or false?

there are no plausible mechanisms for how masturbation could cause hair loss, as there aren't any strong established connections between masturbation and androgen levels.

I think you are stressing needlessly bro, I was losing my hair for a while before I got a good regimine going.
It was very very obvious it was happening, if you only think it's happening but haven't seen proper evidence of it, then it's doubtful.

People lose 50-100 strands of hair PER DAY. The five hairs stuck on the wet hand would be 1/10 to 1/20 out of your expected daily total hair loss. In other words, no cause for alarm whatsoever.

tnx guys, buy i think ive established that im not actually balding, but thinning, last night my friend pulled my hair out of my scalp and his hair and we put it next to each other and its like 3 times thinner than his, which is a good thing now because there is hope.
im gonna start taking some hair growth vitamins like B C and biotin see what happens
