Chicken isn't really all too cheap where I am. $4-$5 for a pound of it.

Some low fat turkey mined turned into a chilli.
Good with veg for rest days and rice for training days.
Season the shit outta that thing. Best done in a slow cooker but on the gas stove top is fine I suppose.

Need: baking pan, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, salt, basil, pepper granules, okra, smoked paprika, sesame seeds
1. fill baking pan fully with lemon juice (squeezed lemon preferably, but this is much more expensive)
2. Add a teaspoon of olive oil
3. add a pinch of salt, a lot of pepper granules, smoked paprika to the liquid
4. add okra and make sure they are fully covered
4. add a pinch of salt, a lot of pepper granules, smoked paprika again then add a pinch of basil and sesame seeds(just for health benefits of sesame seeds)
5. put in oven for 15 mins at 200 centigrade
total cost is around 1$
