Basically I've been lifting for a long time, but recently I've noticed my chest getting further away.
Is there anyway to stop this? Work it more or less? Also would putting on more weight fix it?

This guy has noticed the same thing in wrestlers. Has a few videos on it. The common explanation is muscle trauma or nerve damage.
