If you are the same as me OP, you've probably had some previous injury and then after healing the ligament has scarred. It just means it's thicker because scar tissue and it clicks when it slides from place to place because of that thiccness

as long as you stick to bodybuilding and not do anything that requires athleticism you should be okay. as soon as you try to do something outside of your routine that puts stress on your shoulders you're fucked.
