You can't refute science guys
you can easily get fit doing only 2 fullbody workouts a week.

>science says

When will this meme die.

>>42562632
both completely true, why are you posting this here?
>>42563147
something bad is gonna come
I can feel it
Nigga please. I shave every two days to not look like a homeless person.
You can get a nice body working out twice a week, it will just take a lot longer. It's much better for maintenance once you hit your genetic potential.

>lifting burns more than cardio
God this is sad,,
>2 work outs
>''''''''''''fit'''''''''
You mean going from a fatass to a skinnyfat.

These are both true
>>42562632
This is meme science. Only way to get stronger is progressive overload. Progressive overload of 3x5 squats is better than progressive overload of a 1 set of a 5 minute plank due to the increased time under when the muscles are exhausted
i cant say shit i only workout 5 times a week
>>42563247
Yes we all know that... Why are you repeating it? But I guess using a semi-dead meme instantly validates your opinion on /fit/
>>42562523
Science is never wrong

That really depends on what you consider fit. I agree with that, you can get healthier than most people working out twice a week. It will take a shitload of time if you're a normie that puts no will into it, but after a couple of years your body will be good.

This isn't wrong either but for people that consider walking on a treadmill as 'cardio'. High intensity cardio burns way more calories
>>42564861
how would you even compare the two? You spend probably half the time you work in between sets. You don't stop running even in interval training. I suppose if you were doing something like constant light weight reps vs HIT you could see who hits the glycogen wall first.
When you start to looking tertiary contributors weight lifting will probably win because you're gaining lean mass and increasing your bmr at the same time as expending energy.

Is this a full body workout if you include these:

Neck curls
Bicep curls
Push ups
Pull ups/ chin ups
Dips
