What's your height? And can you reach the net, rim and/or dunk on a 10foot basketball hoop?
Your reach(standing height with arm fully extended upward) also heavily factors into dunking.
I did for the first time this summer, but it looked pretty sloppy, just barely got it over the rim. I'm looking to improve explosiveness for this years bulk and when I drop the extra weight on the cut I'll be able to dunk consistantly

i'm 5'11 (6 w/ shoes?) with an extra 19inch reach puts me at around 7"5'
I think I can touch net, but I haven't tried. I think I only have a 12~16inch vertical leap. That's the area of improvement I need. :(
According to dunk calculator. I need a 30inch leap to confidently dunk.
5'10'' and can touch rim at 170 lbs
haven't played ball for a while now though

I used to be able to at 6 feet and 181 pounds. I was also in a basketball team with daily 3 hour trainings and competing for a national title (for 16 year olds, but national), so basically we were expected to.
Nowadays I can get either rim or leave the ball just above it, not both. 250 pounds are way too many for that. But I still have hope to do it again at some point.
