Only genetic defects feel this way. My dopaminergic incentive-reward system is intact, so eating is a satisfying experience. I lose the interest in eating after consuming sufficient protein and fats, like a normal person (e.g. not most insulin-resistant Americans eating a high carbohyshit diet).

Me. I have a ridiculous TDEE and I have to eat 3.5k calories daily to actually leanbulk. Sometimes I think having a slower metabolism would be great - eat less, focus on the protons, and be done for the day
