What's the optimal frequency for just building as much muscle mass and conditioning as possible for a natty?
My end goal is to be able to overpower and dominate pic related thicc fitness qt's in bed.
i've heard 4 days a week (assuming 1hr sessions targeting different major lifts/muscle groups per day like any routine) is ideal
but some times i just want to hang clean and squat for 4 days in a row so i can use my massive glutes to hump brooke wells

Go look up lifting frequencies OP. They will all tell you twice a week for each muscle group, otherwise known as ULUL
I recommend lifting every other day like UxLxUxL.. xUxLxUx that way your muscles get optimal, balanced recovery
