I workout at my house (parents house) and every morning I walk up to the moms in my underwear and make her pump me up before I workout. I make her say "You can do it anon, I believe in you" I really do do this. Anyway I thought I'd create a lil diddly on here with the same idea. Leave a comment to pump up fellow fitizens if you so desire. Those of us going into battle against heavy weights and heavier feels need every ounce of positivity God will allow us to have, amen.
