I saw stretch marks on the front of my stomach and decided that was it, I don't want to be fat.

Then I felt I was weak. My dad was stronger than me, a nearly 50 year old man and I was 19 unable to keep up with him. Well, I fixed both of those problems.

Each generation should surpass their parents. If you don't, you failed.
