I've seen studies saying that low test reduces test production and increasing intake thus boosts test, but I've never seen anything saying that excessive fat helps. Iirc I've never seen a study go past 80g fat per day, which pretty much any average dude gets everyday anyways

True, it is sub-optimal as workout fuel and for recovery. It does seem to be correlated with a better hormonal profile and is extremely useful for maintaining ketosis, especially when paired with fasting, for rapid weight loss. Basically, if you're fat: fast, eat a ketogenic diet, and perform light-moderate exercise. If you're where you want to be, eat a balanced diet.

I need to deal with enough shit on my day so weighing everything I put in my mouth and still getting sugar crashes every 3 hours is a lot more work. I prefer the constant mild energy from fat.
