I have a pretty decent pool at my gym. What should I do for a routine if i want to spend it in the pool?
How can I get decent leg gainz from running in the hills? I want to supplement light squats with it as well as improve my endurance, how often and long should be enough? Aiming for an least 10 on a beep test, it's been so long I don't even know what that means anymore

Odds ratio pf death is very vunrable to outside influences like in this picture maybe old people tend to run more thus on average people who run more die more often
