Hey do you do your high-energy exercises like Deadlifts/Squats in the beginning or in the end of your workout?
I personally do them in the end because If I do them in the beginning I feel like I don't have the energy anymore.
Whats your take on this?

you shouldnt be burnt out after your compounds, how many sets are you doing?
but anyways, if its working keep doing you brah

I always do them at the start of my routine, I'd hate to see my bench / squat / diddly go down because I'm already fatigued from isolation exercises. I always do a nice warmup before my compounds though, eg 3x20 push ups before I go bench
Both are always the second exercise of the day for me, they're not tiring enough that I can't finish the rest of my workout, i do 2pl8 squats and 3pl8 deads for reps, I'm also cutting

I do them at the beginning since I want those to be the ones that get the most effort exerted towards them. I'd rather fail doing a curl because i'm exhausted than fail doing a squat.
That said, it would be more accurate to say I do them in the middle because my gym only has one rack / barbell and there's always people using it and I don't want to waste time just waiting.

I don't do them. I only do calf raises and lunges for lower body and bis, tris, shoulders, chest and back. Thing is, I look better than all you madmilk fridges anyway.
