Friendly reminder that if you arch your back even slightly on a flat bench, you're effectively doing a decline press
This is why you should never go below 30 degrees incline on all of your presses, if you want to have a full, aesthetic chest.

It's basically true, however the "powerlifting style" is the one that's least likely to grind your shoulders to dust. If you want to hit your upper chest more, do it on an incline bench with the same level of arch.
