I have the garmin forerunner 230. I wear it all the time. Used to run but don't anymore. It's still one of the best things I own because it's so accurate (even without gps)
I have the vivoactive HR. I recommend it.

Fitbit Charge 2. Measures steps, distance, stairs, heart rate and calories burned. Has some other features as well.
I like it. Havent used it in a cut yet, but it can sync to MyFitnessPal so if you have both of those you could get very accurate caloric calculations.
