Is it normal to wake up with a stuffy nose?
I hate waking up and feeling boogers in my nose, the worst part is that I love to take them out and spread them on my fingers, I love the smell those wet boogers leave on my fingers, It's probably from all the garlic I eat, I literally spend 1 hour smelling my fingers.
What do, I want to get rid off this habit.
