Just got back from the gym and feeling a bit frustrated. I can't seem to feel that solid skin-shredding pump in my biceps. Did 4×15 concentration curls and hammer curls. Biceps feel tight to the touch but don't "feel" the pump. Notice the same with my triceps on push days. What is a contributing factor for this?
Other than that, set a PR on diddly so I got that going for me, which is nice

Try 4x30 with a lighter weight next time, control and squeeze each rep. I rarely feel a pump either for what it's worth. I stay below 15 reps for the most part.
