I've always been an autistic shut in but I'm trying to make an effort to get myself in shape. Never been super unfit thanks to active parents, but I can't run very far without panting and coughing my heart out.
I'm 18 and 59kg. Pretty good considering I was 48kg in January.
I'm doing 5 sets of:
10 30m sprints
10 push ups
10 sit ups
10 squats
and a 20 minute cross country bike ride minimum daily.
Any tips on how to improve better? Still having some trouble managing breathing. I've been trying to push myself by doing all of the above through my nose until I'm about to die.
