Yes to little. If pharmacy grade then do 3-5 iu a day if shitty Chinese then probably 5-10 iu a day (and it's probably HCG anyway)

Also even at those doses the benefits will be more health wise than gains wise and minimal at that since your young.

Stack 3-5 iu HGH a day with a 500mg test per week (both pharma grade) and you'll start to see some of the desired results.
