Hey friends. I'm working a job that's crushing me, and I'm going to have to shift up my workouts. I'm doing 10-14 hour weekdays with another 10+ hours on the weekend. I'm used to lifting for 90-120 minutes 4x a week, but that's not going to fly anymore. I'm 6'1 195, 155/255/405/500. I'm looking at 5/3/1 BBB as a decent option, something like:
Sat
Bench 531
OHP BBB
Weighted Dips
Lateral Raises
Sun
Squat 531
DL BBB
Pendlay Rows
Chin ups
Shrugs
Tue/Wed
OHP 531
Bench BBB
Incline DB
Face Pulls
Wed/Thurs
DL 531
Squat BBB
Weighted Chins
Kroc Rows
Shrugs
I can fuck around with bis/tris on the weekend workouts if I'm not fucked for time and jog 3 miles on the days I'm not lifting if I find time, I guess? Anyone have experience training with a similar work load?

What job are you working?
Probably not so similar experience but I was working full time, a student full time, and volunteering as an emt 24-36 hours per week. I was actually doing 5/3/1 at the time an managed to make consistent progress as long as I stuffed my face. Sleep suffered though, about 4-5 hours a night.

articling. good news is its more or less completely sedentary so I have plenty of energy to lift assuming I can sneak away for long enough. Sadly I function extremely poorly on low sleep. I can do one night <7 but if I string 2 in a row I'm fucked.

I'm too proud to go on the gibs, although I sometimes wish I wasn't
