How do I deal with muscle failure when working out? Was sort of keen to keep at it but everything started shaking when doing anything.

Been going to the gym every 2 days for like 3 sessions

You're not used to exerting yourself in that way, your body gets used to it.

Any short term fixes? Did a little rowing but got to like not so much over a minute actually :/

Walking too and from the gym so the goal is to keep moving I guess

Paracetamol or Ibuprofen.

Wouldn't stop the shaking I would have thought?

You might be deficient in magnesium or zinc, but most likely it's just your body getting used to weight training. It's really not anything to worry about for now.

Shaking is frombweak stabilizer muscles itll go away after a couple weeks prob

Thank you. People used to bang on about magnesium a lot. What does it do?
>>
I bench 2pl8 and still get shakey doing it

There are like thousands of things magnesium does in the body. It's necessary for a lot of biochemical reactions ranging from muscle contractions to nerve transmission to cell formation. It's worth reading up on, but if your diet is good you're probably getting all the magnesium you need.
