Gentlemen, I need advise. I've been working out @gym pretty consistently 3-4 days a week, 1 hour at a time (it's the best I can do right now), for the last 4 months. My routine is rotating arms, legs, back, and core. Here's my problem, after 4 months, I'm still hitting arm muscle exhaustion pretty damn fast.
Has anyone else experienced this? How did you overcome this?
