Also if you want otter mode you have to do cardio 5 -6 times a week along with weightlifting. Cardio should be varied i.e; jump rope, sprinting, jogging, hill sprints, walking (fasted). I typically do all my cardio in the morning fasted if lifting, that's usually fasted.
Clean as fuck diet, sardines, olive oil nuts, beans, skinless chicken, lamb, steak (lately 2 - 3 times a week), tuna, as many vegables as you can and fruit.
