Should I keep trying to estimate my daily calories while not eating stuff that's uncountable or should I be one of those autist millennials who whips out their seven inch phone screen on max brightness every time they eat a 60 calorie yogurt?
What app should I use?

Thanks
No need to be autist about it. Just remember what you ate and enter the foods a couple times a day. Really helped me a lot more than I knew it would for hitting calorie and macro targets. I enter the foods about halfway through the day, and then again before my last eat. This is enough for me to keep in track as long as I know or check the values on the labels.
myfitnesspal
The only good tracking app
Depends on what country you live in.
There's calorie/macro tracking apps that cover all brands specific to your country.
I use to use Myfitnesspal but I found it was very American in the food that came up when I'd search, and bar codes didn't always work.
So I found "EasyDietDiary" when is for Australia and it's got all Australian products in it already so the bar code scanning is far more reliable.
Only get myfitnesspal if you're American, if you're from another country try find an app similar that's made in your own country.
