Which is the one you have personally found best for hypertrophy? I have been on bro splits for a long time and made solid gains but I'm looking to change it up

UL and PPL are pretty similar, you're not going to notice much difference unless you're a professional, probably. Brosplit is only good if you're on steroids, in which case brosplit is great.

I'm going to start bulking soon on a 250 surplus (currently upped 100kcals on my cut, gonna up another 100kcals, wait a week, up to maintenance, eat at maintenance 2 weeks and then start adding kcals) and I'll be doing a UL 3x week with only legs once per day, focusing more on my upper body since my lower is more than fine
will report back in 6-8 months
