This is something that even a lot of bodybuilders lack. How the fuck do you get your lower abs to look good? Most people that think they have 4 packs just have poor lower ab definition. You can see that there's a line going down on Arnold's abs here, it's just not as developed as the top ones.

If you can see the outline then genetics are not the issue. All the 6 separations of the abs are there, the problem is that the lower one seems to be incredibly difficult to develop. Frank Zane also has the same issue.

Not everyone have a six pack, some people have four or five, the separation comes from the insertion points.

Genetics. Not everyone has the same muscle insertions. Zyzz for an example had an eight pack. Zane, during showtime would have a lower bodyfat than Zyzz, but still did not have as many packs as Zyzz.

I'm looking myself in the mirror and thinking I can never have a chest like Zyzz.
Although some day I may have abs like him.
