>Work at factory doing heavy manual labor
>Get a better offer at a desk job for another company
>Factory job had been draining me physically so no lifting for several months
>In between jobs I was bored one night so I visited my gym
>Since I had ballooned up a bit I decided to do my usual cardio workout
>Get on treadmill
>Start out decent
>Start to get tired
>Keep pushing through
>Treadmill starts to speed up
>As I start breathing hard this old feeling comes back
>Kind of rough but satisfying tingling up my spine from working so hard
>Keep going faster
>Start to giggle a little
>Little bit faster
>Feet thumping on the treadmill hard
>Feels like busting an athletic nut after being dry for months
>Notice guy on the treadmill in front of me glance back for a second, odd look on his face
>Look over to the wall mirror next to us
>See the biggest shit eating grin i've worn in years on my face
>Finish my workout with that same stupid grin on my face and head home afterwards
>tfw I cant wait for my next workout


This will probably be my motivation to continue working out and getting /fit/ again.


Is there a word for this delicious feeling?
