What kind of routine does a person who actually competes (in bodybuilding or powerlifting) do? What do they do differently compared to the average gymbro (ie. me)?
I'm tired of being weak and every time people talk about routines here, every routine gets called shit. WHAT IS A GOOD ROUTINE? WHAT MAKES A ROUTINE GOOD?

Many powerlifters and strongmen share routines they use for training, usually for free. I've used routines by Candito, Alan Thrall, and Alsruhe with some success.
