Im poorfag. Is it possible to be /fit/ without going to the gym?

Pushups, 45% of your maximum every hour every day.
Pullups, 50% of maximum every day every two hours.
Chinups, 75% of maximum every day every two hours.
Cut the carbs unhealthy carbs.

It's possible, but you will need some basic stuff for home. A bench, and some dumbbells or barbell. If you can't afford to buy a bench, you can make one out of some 2x4's. Aside from that, just appropriately diet and do what exercises you can, you'll be fit; Maybe not ultra ripped, but you won't be a Nancyboy.

Get gymnast rings and somewhere to hang them. That's 30 ish euro or whatever you use. Add in a set of bands for 40 or 50 and then you can do some leg and accessory movements. All this plus cardio will keep you looking good and in shape.
