I go to PF as a guest a few days a week because my campus gym is 30 minutes away. I've never had any asthma, but I always find that whenever I do a normal workout at PF I'm always out of breath and sometimes feel nauseous. I even threw up after the first time I went because I didn't pace myself. Now whenever I go I have to consciously take breaks. I couldn't figure it out until today when I walked by the cardio room and smelled a cloud of chemicals. Then it hit me, it's the spray bottles that everyone obsessively uses to wipe down equipment after every single use. I don't want to sound like a conspiracy theorist, because I don't think PF would do it on purpose, but I think the chemicals in those bottles might effect my ability to breath properly.
I'm trying to determine if it's really that or just some crazy placebo. Any of you have this kind of experience?
that shit is like water and alcohol in a bottle it don't even have a smell

I go to PF and have never had any problems. Might be an isolated case, or something else in the air that is irritating your breathing.
