So I recently read that there is arsenic in rice. I've been eating rice like two-three times a day for the last three years. Is there any chance that hair loss I've experienced in this time is reversible or is having thick hair again a pipe dream? What can I eat now that massive amounts of rice is unhealthy?

Just make sure before you cook it. You wash the rice throughout untill the water is no longer murky. Once that is achieved , the amount of arsenic in the rice is minimalized

Reheating rice increases risk of food poisoning. Nevertheless, i've been fine reheating but I blast it.
