Yeah, I guess that's all I needed to hear really.

I moved back home to my parents (I'm 27) and they leave me all kinds of food. When I live alone I just didn't buy junk food.
I have decent will power but fucking potato chips bruh.

A common side effect of quitting smoking is excessive snacking/overeating. Your brain, out of habit, thinks you need to be putting SOMETHING in your mouth, and since cigarettes aren't there, food is the next default.
