I have anterior pelvic tilt due to me sitting in a chair for probably more than 60% on the entire day
When I walk more than 2 kilometers, my lower back feels sour and really hurts.
Few weeks ago, I started doing some exercises for APT and my back hurts the same as when walking too much.
Could I fix my APT by just walking much more? And running? Just sitting less?

Kek, probably not in itself.
My APT really fucks with my form. I have to really, really concentrate during squats, diddly, ohp, et al..
I have to consciously keep my seated position adjusted and use my glutes and hip flexors + lower abs to hold my body neutral when walking. Its annoying as fuck.
I really hurt my back a few weeks ago because of ATP leaking into all my lifts. Now i've recovered i'm autistic about it.
