anterior pelvic tilt perhaps?

are you doing pic related squats? low bar squats put more stress on lower back. try olympic squats. you'll squat less weight but they are much better for the back

Don't know what to do to fix it, but
_try doing another variation until it gets fixed._
I couldn't do back squats for 2 months because I would have pain in my hip flexor, but front squats didn't bother me at all. Did front squats for two months and tried back squatting again and now it feels good too.
I had the same thing, turns out my deadlift wasn't scraping my legs but was a bit in front, and my squat stance was a bit narrow and my feet were too close. Make sure you're really spreading those legs.
