Experiences in training with logs and stones?
I'm not talking about strongman equipment but logs and natural stones found outside. Can you get a balanced training with such crude equipment combined with bw exercises like chin ups?
My goal is to be lean, decently strong, fit and healthy. Don't care about looks other than having a balanced musculature.

Well this one job I had involved working with boards all day. Carrying them certainly made me stronger.
