Anyone know what causes this bruising ?
I tend to notice after like two or three days of doing biceps and bench.
Sometimes other workouts but i feel like biceps and bench are probably the main one's causing the bruising

They're fairly new stretch marks, they're gonna be there a while. They'll eventually fade to a white color
