Anybody lift and swim? Been lifting for about 6 months and I have been doing slow cardio (30 minutes of fast walking) but I get pain in my knees and feet. Going to start swimming laps and want to know how it effects gains? Any suggestions for timing? I plan to swim noon is and lift around 7pm 5 days a week.
