You can get large amounts of it from pumpkin seeds, liver, cheese, meat, cashews, sesame seeds, fish. Ditch the fucking supplements.
Some people say banana is a good source of tryptophan but it only contais 13.0 mg of it in 100 g hahaha while 100 g pumpkin seeds contain 576 mg, cheese 200-550 mg, liver 300-400 mg.
