So I've read that sleep is basically tied with calorie intake when it comes to making gains, but I have trouble falling asleep sometimes. I've thought about buying some of this stuff but I'm not sure if I should trust it.
I mean it sounds pretty intense. I imagine this stuff puts you right out.
