So I was thinking, a lot of really lean bodybuilders look really really dry. They get vascular as fuck and look peeled when dry.
As I was making my creatine shake just now, I noticed a little packet of desiccant in the container, and it got me thinking...
Why not eat desiccant for dem dryness gains? I mean shit can't be that bad for you and maybe there is a food safe version available that we don't know about?

Theyre like salt, if salt was poison
They will make you retain more water, like salt. The opposite of what you want. The way these work is by drawing water out of surroundings into themselves... so if they're still inside you, won't do shit.
