>can hear crackling/popping noises in my shoulders whenever I OHP
no pain yet but it makes me cringe every time I do a rep
what do, bros?
It will come. I made the same mistake. Don't go too heavy too quickly or else putting any pressure on it will hurt

My physical therapist said joints make noise and if there's no pain not to worry.

Either your form is incorrect or you're using slightly too much weight

Popping? Like, as in knuckles cracking kind of noise? is the feeling subtle or more profound (like cracking your knuckles)? Could be that your ligament is just rolling over the joint, it's annoying and feels gross, but you're fine.
My shoulder tissue does it all the time but I feel fine.

wouldn't be surprised if my form was incorrect, I'll ask my gymbro to check my form when I go tomorrow

subtler than knuckle cracking, quieter popping that feels smaller
More warm-ups/mobility exercises throughout the day.

>subtler
I would put money on your ligaments just running into places they shouldn't be. As long as it doesn't hurt (like >>42545939 said), you should be fine. If it annoys you that much, I'd suggest doing some wide stretching movements (sans weight) to kind of warm it all up, I've noticed it helps from time to time.
Eat more Omega 3. Sardines are good for this.

What does Omega 3 have to do with this?
