Okay, /fit/, I weighed myself today and I am 350lbs. I used to be a Football player and I've always been decently strong while being obese. What are some things I can do to lose weight safely over time?
Also, I have really bad anxiety about my health, and had to stop exercising earlier because gas from my dinner made me think I was having heart palpitations. Wat do to overcome this?
