I've been on gym since May of this year. Started with 122Kg, now i'm dancing trough 113~114 for weeks... This is a normal process, it will cease? My diet is restricted, most is protein. Go to gym 5 times on week, moderate weight lift + 30mins walking/running, sometimes i just do 60mins of walking/running.
Am i doing something wrong? Why i stopped losing weight? Should i lift even more?
