How far have you run this week?
What are you working on?
How was your last run?
Any new gear that you've been enjoying?
>GOTTA GO FAST!!!
I'm pretty slow and I'm wondering if I should be pushing myself for speed or distance?
Just a slow 30 minute recovery day for me.
Psyching myself up for a long run. Going for 24-25k hopefully. Bit warm though hitting 85-86f.
Might go later. WILL go later, just building up.
Help me I got plantar fasciitis

How many days? You can rest off that foot stuff if it is just something starting.
Rest it, ibuprofen, skip leg day, give it a week and go gentle.

I only ran 2 miles for 2 days. Thank you anon

It's not going to be bad damage on miles and duration like that. I would be surprised if it is really. Chill, tweak you diet, hit your macros and rest up.
