Squat 235 lbs
Deadlift 275 lbs
I feel like I'm not making any progress, especially on my bench. I have never been able to go above 145, and been resseting too 135 for like 2 months. Deadlifts and Squats are going up but slowly.
Am I just a weak bitch? Do I need too eat more? I used to be pretty fat and lost 50 lbs from summer to winter last year, I'm scared if I eat too much I want to get fat again.
Also how do I get more definition in my abs?
I'm like the opposite of most internet dyels... okay bench and ohp, worse squat and deadlift.

I also record every squat and deadlift work set to make sure my form is perfect. From watching form videos on the internet, 99.9999% of people don't squat correctly, so I tend to not believe e-stats on squats especially. There was even a thread where a guy posted a VIDEO of his squat form on /fit/, which was not to parallel by SS standards, and still half the thread argued that it was, in fact, parallel. So yeah don't believe anyone's squat numbers without video evidence.
