When I squat ass to grass, my right knee sort of pops as I come up.

When I train I only go like halfway between parallel to full depth, but even if Im just practicing form with no weight, my knee pops if I go ass to grass.

This started to happen like 2 months ago, I am squatting 2 plates.

What could cause this? I've been told my squat form is good

You might not be activating your muscles when you go down.

My ones would pop and hurt if I went atg. But I started focusing on contracting hamstrings and glutes while I go down and I'm fine.

I've never had problems with my knees, but I keep aggravating my fucking groin and it's pissing me off.

I pulled my groin a while ago. Bad enough that I couldn't lie on my back and lift my leg in the air. I read that groin injuries can take 4-6 WEEKS to heal, so I committed and took 5 weeks off from squatting. 35 days. I did light stretching and that's it. By the end, my groin felt 100%. So, I tried squatting again and even deloaded to ease back into it. Day one, my groin started feeling fucked up again after the first work set.

What is my groin's FUCKING problem? Anybody else deal with this?
