I actually found playing multiple instruments (mainly guitar and drums) gave me much bigger forearms and i would like to think wrists as well but can't say for sure

I'm also a finger player but it's always useful to have more than one way of playing, if even just to change your sound for metal.

I grew up in some backwater desert city in the Mojave, I would play with some friends who would do covers of all sorts of songs when I was a teen. I have to admit, I would cheat and fuck with my tremble and gain so that the bass would sound like its being picked instead of plucked. Im in turbo poorfag mode so my only means of lifting and exercise is bodyweight workouts and a 15 and 30 lb dumbbell. I'll probably get some bass picks and start picking/plucking upwards if it works tho
