Preparations before you began working out?

Going perma-Russian Push-up regimen.
AKA every hour every day you do a certain percentage of your maximum pushups.
Combining with pull ups and chin ups to prepare for actual working out.
Going lean-ripped mode.
Reason for the preparations is because really fucking inactive, so I don't want a heart attack during my first workout.

Did anyone else prelare before starting working out?

you can look standards up on symmetric strength/strengthlevel.
