Going perma-Russian Push-up regimen.
AKA every hour every day you do a certain percentage of your maximum pushups.
Combining with pull ups and chin ups to prepare for actual working out.
Going lean-ripped mode.
Reason for the preparations is because really fucking inactive, so I don't want a heart attack during my first workout.
Did anyone else prelare before starting working out?
if you can already bang out chinups and pullups you are totally fine and won't die from doing some squats or deadlifts
that's retarded. there is no reason to prepare yourself to start lifting. just start lifting, and don't overdo it in the beginning. that's the best way to learn your body to deal with the stresses.

I thought of starting with curls and bench.
Tried once, can bench 100 pounds at most.
Is that good?

What counts as overdoing?

Actually, day three of pushups and chinups, been doing it at the gym since I can't do them at home.
I don't care what normies think at the gym.

>Is that good?
not really. and it shouldn't be if you're new.
you can look standards up on symmetric strength/strengthlevel.
>What counts as overdoing
severe DOMS every single day, extreme tiredness, little gains - over-training symptoms essentially.
you're stalling your gains.
