I added 100g of wheat bran in my oats. shit's 517 calories combined. I've never had anything more filling in my life. Wheat brand will keep you full for hours and hours and your shits come out so fresh and so clean clean. I'm glad it's only 42 cents at WINCO. It has 15g of protein and over 1k of potassium and other minerals. Shit's gotta be a super food. I'm feeling good and have more energy through the day with this. I could only imagine this coupled with peanut butter. Shit's the food of champions lads,try it out. However it does taste like cardboard

I've been working out with a cheapo dumbbell set at home and mostly it's going well to work out my abs, arms in a variety of ways.

But god damn goblet squats are starting to suck fast. After only 3 weeks I have to pile on 80 pounds onto one dumbbell and it's so awkward to hold the wide ten pound plates, it presses down on my wrist and kind of hurts them. I'm thinking of lowering the weight down to something like 50 or so and just going for more reps. I know I need to lift as much as possible but I know in a few more weeks I'll likely need to pile on even more weight and this will only get worse. I tried angling my wrists better but they tend to just get pushed down.

Im too poor to have a proper gym set or afford a gym membership.

So basically I went from 320 to 265 and now I'm probably back at 300. Lost my job, got depressed, etc. Starting to get back into it. I think 5-10 pounds per week for the first month might be doable since I have a lot of just fatty fat fat right now, and then aim at 5-10 a month from there. I'd like to get back under 300, then 290, then 280, then back to my 265, and then try to get to 250 or less since the first time since high school (I'm 28 now). Plus I'm motivated because I recently got rejected by my HS crush and i think my weight had something to do with it even though she's overweight with kids herself, so I at least want to burn the pounds to make her more interested in me.

Don't look at the number itself, look at your body and the graph MFP or whatever you use.
If your weight still has a linear relationship with the dates you are on track.

Above is a recent weigh in.

Hey guys fatty McGee here, recently got a job so i can start a schedule and start getting a decent body, the only exercise i get is 40 minutes of walking to and from work, i recently met a girl at work that ive fallen for so this gives me more initiative to get my shit under control.

I'm not sure if you guys would be interested, but I thought I'd post it anyway. Fellow /fat/zen here, however have been going down over the last two months (lost 2.5kg last month, just another week or two until weigh in this month- hoping to lose around the same- in reference, 80kg female, trying to get back down to between 55-60kg again).

My biggest weakness was sweets, I have a massive sweet tooth, and this recipe attached has quite literally saved my bacon in terms of a low calorie pudding, whilst still having good macros.

Recipe attached makes a cheesecake - nabbed the recipe in particular off the MFP forums. I can post a few pictures of my cheesecake if anyone likes. I normally eat this most days for breakfast- for 14g of protein and under 150 cals it works really well for me.

What frustrates me is white wheat has become popular but all wheat bran I can find is processed from red wheat. White wheat bran would be as inoffensive as oatmeal, you could just eat it straight no problem.

Honestly I'd be fine with just the first, looks like it's going to take a while anyway. I have to do it though, can only imagine how godly it'll feel to have a streamlined figure without the fucking raised bumps of lard on my sides.

I'm at a really weird place now where I can see my ribs easily but I still have a big layer of fat on my stomach and sides. It's too annoying, can't wait for it to disappear.

second, become a provider. this will be the number one thing to attract a quality woman. what ever you studied in school run with it unless its a worthless degree like feminist dance therapy. in either case get your butt down to the library and start studying like crazy. into computers? get certs in server admin. linux networking , security whatever. you'll quickly find a job.
start the process of self improvement. you're fat because of your bad habits. get some counselling to understand you started your bad habits. then read books on habits and how to change them.
once you improve yourself you become attractive to women. but the type of woman you want is going to be found at churches and charities. spend time in a soup kitchen. do service. the type of women that do this have strong characters and values and can help you in your journey and will make great moms. single moms just take from you the gov and others. look for someone who gives back.

Slow and steady. I target 1500 and I'm 6'2. One month in since 2200 target. Progress. Realistically probably 1800 avg. 230 -> 175-180 lbs currently.
