There's no workload on the muscle.
I imagine the minor effects, if any, are similar to a pump.

no muscle wear ant tear, only pumps some blood to it

it works actually, gained a lot of muscle in the last few weeks with this product. I also made some minor lifestyle changes but I think this was the main cause of my muscle growth.

Is it even on the guy?
It looks like it was Photoshopped onto him

using it as an acessory is very good though
